Coaching Sessions

You want results and I want to help you get them. That’s why, in order to guarantee powerful results, the coaching relationship is a minimum of three months of commitment. We’ll connect at least once per month, but likely more often than that (and for varying lengths of sessions). Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes.

I start every coaching or consulting relationship with an intake session. Whenever someone joins for coaching or an assessment, we will have an informal conversation before we begin.

Option A: Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is for achievers and influencers. Coaching brings lasting forward-moving, impactful change on their external and internal world. It pushes leaders to achieve even higher levels of effectiveness. Clients experience heightened creativity, motivation, and inspiration.

Leadership coaching is bent toward helping you reach your professional and personal goals. Leadership coaching is similar to Life coaching, but we'll engage tools more specifically to leadership. 

Option B: Life Coaching

You don't need to be living as a leader to need some help getting unstuck, solving a problem, or reaching a target!

As your life coach, I will empower you by helping you make, meet, and exceed goals in both your personal and professional life. It might be helpful to think of coaching like athletic coaching - I help you improve, reach the goal, and win!

360º Leadership Assessment

Let's dive deep and explore what's happening in your leadership. I'll give you some insightful information that will help you fire on all cylinders! You, your team, and your organization will reach new levels of effectiveness.

We'll harvest feedback from your team members and friends. Their input will paint a clear and confidential picture that will set us up for some great conversations and coaching opportunities.

Birkman Consultation Bundle

Before our conversations, I'll send you the results of your Birkman report which delivers your unique set of highly personalized data insights. From there, we will schedule the consultation dates. This bundle includes a 2-hour Birkman debrief and two additional coaching sessions.
