Four. That's it.
Four. That's it. I'm able to do four coaching sessions a week. Beyond four, I can't fulfill my other career and family responsibilities.
If I were to do five, I wouldn't serve my clients well. I need the margin for preparation and strategizing. I need to conserve energy and brain time. If I took five, the experience could be dull for you. I want to bring you the most impactful session I can provide.
I chase four powerful conversations with four great people. I don't chase four paycheques. The people I serve aren't dollar bills; they are people who want to work with me to achieve something great.
Therefore, the people I work with have to commit deeply for a minimum of three months.
I don't mean to sound harsh or arrogant, but I don't "audition" for clients. The client gets auditioned. I'm looking for fun people to work with. For us to work together, you must have five things:
Problems. If a person has nothing to push through, they're probably not going anywhere.
Dreams. I'm not going on a journey with anyone who doesn't have some sense of what they want.
Commitment. This coaching must be a "Yeah, baby! I'm all in!" not an "Um. Yeah. I think so, I guess."
Spark. If you're lazy, let's not. I'm not a professional listener.
Failure. If you have no failure in your past, you have no success in your future.
